6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: use the platform unlawfully; scrape data without permission; post spam or harmful content; attempt unauthorised system access; or impersonate any person or entity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Footybite is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information, including live scores and AI-generated articles.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Footybite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, UK.

Footybite will disable accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted materials.

Response Time

We aim to process valid DMCA notices within 2–5 business days.
